Its unsaturated fat so if anything its good for you! The only thing is its really dense in calories but if your bulking then who gives a rats ass!!!

Peanut butter. Delicious, and nutritious! It is high in very good fats and is calorie dense, just like the man said. Eat up.

I eat peanut butter usually three times a day and I am in the best condition of my life, bar none.

Oh guys, update- my bodyweight is down to 150 lbs even. I've dropped that much bodyfat. my back is bigger, chest is bigger, arms are a bit bigger. Hells Jeah.

Make sure it's natty peanut butter.

Yes,it's very nutritius as it contains both omega6s and omega9s.

Just -as Yates said- make sure it's natty,to avoid extra sodium and other low quality added oils.

Just make sure you make accommodations for the calories is contains in your overall calorie intake.

For instance, if you're chwoing down 3500 cals and you want to whip in 10g PB, [lets say there's 100kcals in the pb - i dunno thought] so you take out 100kcals of other fats or carbs or protein and add in the pb. Simple.

Is Jiff Cream Peanut butter a good source of nutrition too?

Or should be natty butter?

How much peanut butter should be consumed in a daily basis?

At certain health food stores; they have machines where you make your own peanut butter with peanuts. You should look for something like that. Right now I'm just eating the kind you'd buy from the store. JIF or whatever.

Actually, the oil from natty p/b is from the peanuts themselves. If there's oil listed in the ingredients, it added hydrogenated oil - not good. Look for something that says "just peanuts" on the ingredients.

natty is bbspeak for natural.

as in natty peanutbutter (just peanuts, sometimes salt), or natty bodybuilders (those who haven't used gear).
