Ive been stuck at 165 for just about 3 weeks now and its really getting on my nerves. I went for 170 and got it about 5 inches off my chest and just missed it. Does anyone have any advice for me that would help me break the barrier and kill this number. Im doing board presses right now on my max effort days, but im thinking i should just focus on bench press and do heavy reps of 3,4,5 reps and just get my body used to the heavy weight and try to improve from there. Any suggestions??
