What is a reasonable amount of Calories and grams of protein per day?

1-1.2grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Around 2800-3000 calories will probably be needed to get you to 185 by feb. Which is a little over a pound a week which means that you are likely to put on a bit of fat during that. It would be best to try and gain around a pound a week.
