you look ****in different, but that was only 5 pounds of gain?? Seems odd to me

lol, you even look older in the second pic. It looks like you gained more than 5 pounds.

unless you lost 10 pounds in your legs during that month, i think you gained just a tad more than 5 pounds

whoops....haha. Yea i definitely gained more then 5 pounds. I weighed 176 177 in the 2nd pic. Sorry for the wrong info

You gained 12lbs in one month? Maybe the lighting is bad in the first pic because those are amazing 1 month gains.

no its not the lighting.....i was exactly 1 month and 2 days in between those pictures being taken. that first month were my biggest gains. now i am 189 9 months later. I dont know why i gained so much in that first month but I'm not complaining. :D

over the last 9 months i have not kept a strict routine and i would lift on and off.

I was away at school and ate alot! I ate lots of subway and even more chicken. The school basically offered : subway, chicken , chinese food, pastas, and mexican food. Everything they had there was pretty healthy. I never really had a strict diet. Just lifted 1 muscle a day and ate alot.

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Bi's
Wednesday- Back
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Tri's

I know I know.......didn't workout legs :(

Wow you gave a day for biceps and a day for triceps? Boy you need to start deadlifting and squatting that'll turn you into a man.

LOL! Well since monday i have been doing the WWB #1 routine and DAMN! my legs have never been so sore. I could barely walk on thursday. I felt like a cripple walking to my classes. It seriously looked like i had a stick up my ass and i needed to hang on to any railing or anything possible to get up some stairs :D

Felt good tho.;)
