I need to add this to my diet so I'm wondering what the effects are on the body, good? bad?

BTW I'm new so hello everyone!

I would imagine you're not having enough for it to make much of a difference. I think the thing to look out for would be sodium content but otherwise it should be fine, and enhance the protein quality of whatever you have it with :)

Why do you need to add it to your diet?

I buy Lite Soy Sauce. Has about 1/2 the sodium per tablesoon as normal soy.

I hate that lite soy-sauce. I have to use twice as much to get the taste I like.

Neither can I, hehe. But I suppose lite is half the sodium of the regular, so could make sense, hehe.

Lite Soy sauce sucks. Nothin' wrong with a little sodium.
