honestly, what is your typical days diet really look like, both on and off the sauce? how many grams of protein are you eating a day? carbs? etc. do u wake up during the night for a snack? how many shakes a day do u drink?
are you seriously eating enough protein to support the anabolic stimulation that you are giving urself thru steroids and GH?
once you analyze ur diet, you might realize why you've hit a plateu and are not growing like u used to

meal 1- 3 chicken breasts, bowl of cereal, cup of coffee, 8 ounces 2 percent milk, 1 gram of vit c, 1 multi-vitamin
meal 2- met-rxx ultra shake-40 grams of protein, 8 ounces 2 percent milk, 5 grams creatine
meal 3- 3 chicken breasts, plate of tossed salad with lots of olive oil and vinegar and beans, couple glasses of skim milk
meal 3-couple protein bars
meal 4- 3 chicken breasts, plate of pasta
meal 5-60 grams of whey protein, 5 grams of creatine, 1 gram vit.c, 1 multivitamin, 1 can of coca-cola and a nutri-grain bar
meal 6- 1 triple cheeseburger, 5 chicken tenders
meal 7- some sort of protein shake with lots of milk before bedtime.
this is what im getting right now. while "on", ill wake up during the night for some cottage cheese and possibly up the calories, this is what's working for me right now and im "off". staying fairly lean and growing.
by the way, on the weekend, my diet is a bit different but im still getting same amount of protein but much more carbs

by the way, i drink somewhere around a gallon of water a day on training days
For me lately, I've been going to bed around 2. I typically wake up about 8 sometimes 6, make a MRP shake with 52 grams of protein, add 2 cups of vitamin D milk, which adds another 16 grams, then 3 raw eggs that adds probably 15 more grams.
Next, I wake up around noon, and just use two scoops of whey in one cup of vitamin D.
Finally I actually wake up around 2 (and stay up) generally downing 4 scoops of weightgainer in 2 cups of vitamin D and 4 raw eggs.
I'll begin preparing the next one around 3:30, which is usually 3/4 cup brown rice (uncooked) with two chicken breasts in it w/soy sauce. And have 2 cups of vitamin D milk with this.
Next will be another 2 scoops of whey in a cup of vitamin D around 5:30 when I'm getting ready to leave and go to the gym.
Around 7:30 I have 4 scoops of weight gainer in water.
Around 9 I will have the chicken and rice again. And again at 11
Then between 1 and 2 I'll have 4 scoops of weightgainer in Vitamin D and head to bed.

Well I tend to live off of peanutt butter crackers, chicken breasts, turkey sandwhiches (w/ fat-free cheese on dry wheatbread), & microwavable dinners. Those HungryMan Dinners can really help out with protein & calories when you're in a hurry. I make my on protein shakes by mixing in several different things. I mix in Whey Protein Powder, Pyshique Workout Shakes, & Creatine all in Skim Milk. I'm gettin like 55grams of protein from each shake & the Physique Shake adds in tons of vitamins along with protein, calories, carbs, etc. I only drink water, skim milk, & unsweet tea. My snack on roasted peanuts. That's pretty much what I eat. I'm averaging like 240grams of protein & like 3000cals on a normal day. Not the best I know, but it seems to work well for me.

Normally:
9am: dozen egg whites, oats, fruit juice and some PB.
11am: 1.5 tins tuna, rice, veg juice, some PB again
12.15: train
post training: whey in water
~3pm: tuna sarnies, apple
5pm: 3-4 chicken drumsticks, pasta and salad
7pm: homemade proetien bar, salad, swig of whey.
9pm: 3 chicken drumsticks, salad
11pm: whey in milk, some crisps, some PB
12:30: crachers and salmon and some mackerel
when i get up for a pee: I have a whey shake waiting.
That's my usual diet and have just started a course but don't think I'll need to increase ATM. If I do I'll drink some malto for it's simplicity.
Dirty
Meal 1: 12 eg whites, 2 Yolks, 1/2 cup oats(uncooked), 4oz shreded mozzerella, 1 centrum multivitamin, 2 vit E caps, 1 super b-complex cap
Work out
Post Workout: 2 Scoops Whey w/ water, 1 banana
Meal 2: Two 4oz turkey patties, 1/2 apple, 8oz skim milk
Meal 3: 8oz lean ground beef, 1 slice 2% american cheese, 1/2 apple
Meal 4: Meso tech MRP w/water
Meal 5: 8oz Grilled chicken breast, steamed brocoli & carrots
Meal 6: Two 4oz turkey patties, 4oz shredded mozerella, 8oz skim milk
Meal 7: Meso Tech MRP with Water, Two 5-htp caps
Meal 8: If I stay up late or if I can wake up then I I'll have another MRP or just some whey powder w/ water.
Along with this I usually drink about 1.5-2 gallons of water everday. This ends up being more than over 300 grams of protein, and about 200-250 grams of carbs. Sometimes when I'm on the run I'll have a shake and a protein bar together to replace a meal(not the best choice but better than eating junk). Currently I am on, but diet has been like this for the past year or so. Costco makes my binge eating more affordable and convenient Gotta love Costco!;)
Wasteful pussies! Eat your yolk :p ! You're trying to get big, right?

TT: tried it, gathered loads of differing opinions on it, and read several studies on it and my only conclusion was that, for me anyway, simple carbs in my post work-out shake made zero difference. I know many preach the need, but I can asure you that there are just as many who don't.... each to their own I guess. I have seen the topic debated hundreds of time before tho with no real final conclusion.

I think it's refered to as raw when talking about the quanitity used (weight) 100g raw would be, for e.g, ~200g cooked. It's not eaten raw.... I hope!

um BCC, do you not have a job?...or go to school?...your 18 what are you doing, you say you stay up till 2a.m. and then finally get completely up around 2pm?...just wondering?, cause i dont know to many 18 year olds to be that financially stable to do nothing at all. I guess i live in the Midwest..where mooching from your parents is almost a mortal sin once your 18, basicaly in the midwest at least where im from your raised to do hardwork and be dedicated to a job for your money or at least schooling to get a better job. Right now i go to a tech school from 8am to 3:30pm then right when i get out i go to the gym, then get home from gym a little before 5pm, get ready for work from 5:30pm to 11pm, then go at it again. Lazy people are kicked to the curb in kansas buddy.

Well, I was in school, then quit and was being a bum. Now I'm working 12 hour days in a factory. And my diet is still similar, just on breaks from work. And I don't get much more than 7 hours of sleep anymore. :(
Lol, oh and I'm hardly lazy. I graduated highschool when I was 16, started working when I was 14 for a year in a restaurant, then worked full time in a gym for 3 years until this past August. I'm just trying to figure out what I'm going to do with myself. Oh, and I also gained 100 pounds of muscle in this time frame ;)
