View Full Version : Bulking day: meals.

This is what I was eating while I was back in Miami attending FIU, I would usually get all this inside my backpack and eat it during the day (was in the university from 9am to 7pm), then I'd come home and have a couple of more meals. All good, the only thing that I didn't enjoy was the hassle of carrying two backpacks everyday. One for books and clothes, and this other for food and water.
I was getting around 3800 cals by then.

The two containers with blue lid is oatmeal with protein powder and cottage cheese, plus a slice of FF cheese and an ounce or two of chicken breast.
On the far left, oatmeal and protein powder with a lot more water to make it drinkable instead of eating it with a spoon, and a couple of FF singles.
The other two bags, chicken breast sandwichs in whole wheat pita bread.

nice :) You seem to like oatmeal, i love you! :) try it dry with LOTS of hot sauce.. really good :)
