I tried this mix based on grits and it's AWESOME. can be prepared in LESS THAN 15min. Perfect snack.


1/2 c dry grits
1 whole egg
4 egg whites
1/4c fat free cheese

You want to first make yourself some grits by mixing 1/2 c dry grits with about 3/4c - 1c water.

Scrabble your whites and whole egg.

Add cheese to your eggs.

Then, combine everything together into one big mush. :)

yeah, i think it tastes really good and you can't beat the nutritional breakdown. Excellent choice for a snack in my opinion :)
