I'm not what you'd call an expert on it. But from the looks of things, you're already pretty lean. Surgery may be your only option to totally rid yourself of it.

thas sum nice traps compared to the rest of your body :P But about the gyno.. it looks like you could reduce your bf% a few more points to help it. BUT, it will never grow away unless you grow out of it ( possible @ his age? ) or have surgery :\

you look plenty lean already.

Little surgery could clear that right up though.

yeah, i have the same thing. I'm pretty lean myself with excess fat stored under the nipples. Here in Canada, we it's covered under insurance if it is caused from hormonal reasons, (meaning, not if your just a fat-ass). I'm gonna get surgery sometime in the next 3 years, problem is, you can't workout for 2 months after - recovery time is only like 4 days - but workouts are gone for at least 6 weeks.

surgery is like 2500-6000 CDN (5 dollars US -lol)

Oh yeah... I have one question for you people out there.
If you have surgery to remove gyno, does it ever come back?
My real question is, eventually, I plan to go on a couple of gear cycles (in the next 5 years) but I don't want to have surgery 2 tiems. Is it gone for good if its gone? or should I wait to have the surgery after my cycles?

traps look like a strong point, good luck w/ the gyno.
