Yeah you need to bulk up, but it depends entirely on your goals,

those pictures tell us very little, only thing i got from it was that your camera had a bright flash!

Im not sure what you want anyone to say, but your best bet is to get a decent routine sorted and search the diet forum for some food/meal etc... suggestions :)

Deadlifts. Do them. Frequently.

yea i just added in DLs and squats into my routine about a month ago. We'll see where that takes me!
