How does this look?
Meal 1
Oatmeal
Maybe some eggs
Weetabix if I have eggs because of the fibre :D
Meal 2
2 big turkey sandwiches
Meal 3
1 litre choc milk (700 119 35 10)
Meal 4
Preworkout shake (250 40 18 0)
Its a mix of one scoop protein powder and one scoop maltodextrin
Meal 5
Postworkout (same as preworkout)
Sometimes I use half the malto (20g) and eat 20g of dextrose from some dextro energy tablets.
Meal 6
Family meal
Meal 7
Crumpets with PB
MG Shake (Same as postworkout but with milk instead of water)
Any suggestions?
I try to do the maltodextrin/dextrose mix, but sometimes I can't get to the shops to buy any energy tablets.
