If I would like to get a more cut/ripped type of body over bulky type muscle, what would I eat, Some people told me that I should eat more lean boneless meats, and try to lessen in on carbs? If I follow a nice diet do you suggest I lift what way, I was told to stick to high reps and less weight but personally i do not know what to do. On another note is there anything wrong with Growth-Factor product, Is 15 yrs. Old to young to start taking creatine?
