Hi everyone...how are you? Hope all is well!

My name is Fadi, pronounced "faadee" and i just signed on with bb.com. I thought i would sign up here also to get more opinions, knowledge, and learn more.

i am trying everything in my power to bulk up.

Here are some pics and all criticizims are appreciated..thank you.

here is the first pic..

first pic on the left is my back 1 month ago 100% pumped and lean. 140 lbs

second pic on the right is my back a few days ago 100% cold and trying to bulk. 150 lbs.

Any progress as far as mass?

thanks guys..

i am in a bulking stage right now, so as far as abs, i have 0. lol.
i started bulking when i was at 140, 1 month later, i am now at 150. I am hoping to hit 160 by Jan 1st, but i dont think that is going to happen..:(

Yeah I weigh a bit more at the same height you look heaps bigger man. I suppose I do not train specifically for hypertrophy. What type of training do you do?

Hey guys, thanks a lot for the kind words.

i pyramid when i train. I do my warm up, then 8,6,4,2 reps. On chest day for example, i do 10 sets total. 4 sets for incline, 3 sets for flat, and 3 sets for flyes. all having the same pattern-Pyramiding! This is how i train all my muscles.

i have found that to be an excellent source when bulking and gaining strength.

in about 3 mths, i will post more pictures of my bulking progress.
I have gotten so much stronger with this routine, but yet again, it might not work for someone else. just gotta see what works for you.

biggest advice...EAT!!! :D

Thank a lot guys.

As far as my arms..To be exact, they are 15.4" cold . So close to 15.5".. In the pic above, i had a little pump since it was chest day. my arms in that pic are 15.75"

My goal is to have 15.75" cold

I am making good progress. gaining some bf but not much at all. i actually want to gain as much bf as i can so i can get lean and have good size on me after i lean up..but it seems like no matter how hard i try i cant get enough on me..:(

Thanks a lot everyone for the nice words..this is awesome motivation. I will have pics up in another 2-3 months to keep you guys updated.

All opinions are welcomed..would love to hear some criticizims also!

You look much bigger than your weight, and much bigger than your arms measurement. The only explanation i can see is that you are about 5"0 tall

Hmm..weird. A lot of people have been saying this, but i dont see why. What do my arms look like they measure? how much do i look like i weigh?

oh, and believe me, i am not 5' tall, lol. i am 5'9 on the dot.

You look awesome, delts, arms forearms are all sic. Your bulk seems to be going well. So change your sig to bulking not trying to bulk. Keep it up bro.

What do your legs look like? I'm surprised nobody else has asked since everybody thinks you look bigger than 150 lbs. If you had stick legs with that upper body, then 150 would make more sense. Not to take anything away from you, because from what we've seen you look great. Keep up the good work bro!

You look very large for 150, and you seem to respond well to training based on your gains, keep it up.

i actually gained 12 lbs to be exact!..;)

how did i do it?

Well, to be honest, i think its because my body wasnt used to getting in so much food. i have always ate 3 meals a day at max. Then all of the sudden, i went from having 2000 calories a day to having 3500+ calories a day. i think this might have been a huge shock to my body and this is why i gained so much in such little time. i might be wrong, but this is just my guess!

p.s.- when you guys post pics of yourselves, do you post them cold or pumped? is it considered cheating if one posts their pics pumped?:D

Hey guys, thank you all for the comments.

Soon, i will be posting pics of my whole body...i am in the stage of bulking, and it is going ok.
