Hopefully i'll acheive this soon.. ill be loggin my diet and all my workouts in this one.. road to greatness was retired..

Age : 16
Weight : 160
Height : 6'1
BF% : 7%

Diet : Per Day..
10 eggs (whole)
24oz beef (6oz per meal)
16oz chicken (2-8oz chicken per meal)
8oz tuna (1 - can or 6 oz fillet)
Pasta (1 - meal)
Potatoes (2 - per day) Sweet
Oatmeal (1 - cup dry) Meal 1
4 rice cakes with 2 tbs peanut butter on top
1.5 gallons of water per day

Split: Mon-Fri
Mon- Chest/Tri's
Tues- Back/Bi's
Wed- Shoulders
Thurs- Legs
Friday- Tri's n Bi's

Supps:
Creatine Monohydrate
Beverly Mass Maker
Ultra 40 Liver Tab's
GNC Fish Oil Pills

im going for 205 by next year around this time hopefully.. when im around 17.. which on avg ill have to gain 3.75 lbs consistently a month.. which means i need to EAT.. AND SLEEP!

BB Bench Press - 135x8 warmup, 185x6.. wow heavy spot, 145x8 2 sets

Close Grip BB Press - 135x8 1 set..

Incline DB Press - 40x8 2 sets, 35x12 eyes closed.. form practice..

Iso Chest Press - 1pps + 10 x8 2 sets

DB Skullcrushers - 40x6 3 sets

Pull Downs - 60x8 4 sets

Sleep : 4 1/2 hours :(!!

this killed my workout i was so exhausted it was crazy.. my parents are thinking of a big move back to philadelphia so this will suck.. leaving all my friends couldnt get ne sleep.. diet is good everything else is fine.. even this bad ass sophmore chick bossed it up after school so im doing good..

time to grub tho..

ps? wheres my chest strength :(

move wasnt too far juss erlanger ky which is about 25 miles from cincy.. im at a small school and the football coach is expecting big things from me so i expect to start this liftin journal soon, just got the net turned on.. well peace.. and juss know im eatin..

what school are you going to in Erlanger. We were just up there. My son plays football here at Russell Ky. We played Lloyd memorial in the regional semi-finals. Good game but we got our asses handed to us.

What position you play.

Michael play guard/tight end

5' 11" and 185 lbs. Little **** could be huge if he'd just put forth a little effort. I think he thinks he don't need it but he really does.

If you get to play against Russell next year watch out for #25. Top ten rusher in the state of Ky. Hold the school rushing record and the school TD record. Got them both about 5 games into this year. The scary part is he's a 5' 11" 165lb junior this year.

BTW Michael says good luck and he looks forward to playing against you next year.

lol hell yeah i've seen russel's back hes a fuc_king beaaaaaaaast... but im playing wr/ss.. im a sophmore whut class is your son in? coaches are pretty much catering me now and i love it.. ky is dope juss ugly girls.. but we should be playing u next season.. is russel in nky tho? and i plan to be about 190 by the season so come see a few games.. and watch me truck a few kids..

He's a sophomore as well. Be 16 Jan 10th.

Look at the map where Ky, Oh and Wv all meet and find Ashland. Then look just west of Ashland for a little town called Flatwoods. That's where we are.

We should meet again in the regionals.

It's a pretty safe bet Josh will be in the back field again next year so look out. :evillaugh

my diet is fu-c-kin superb.. and im puttin on weight like crazy.. but also ****tin like crazy... i noticed uppin my calories is the best thing and really works.. bringin in about 300 g's of protein too a day.. so im feeling good.. time for bi's n tri's tomor

yoooooo i gained 10 lbs in 1 week i sweeeeear..

Calories: 4800 or so

No workout today.. was planning on tris n bi's but i forgot about me goin on this date with this chick to a rest and torque.. until she called me up like 10 mins before i was supposed to pick her up.. opps.. haahh. eaasy dome tho.. ill hit the gym tomor.. and yeah my ****in weight hasss been hittin the ceiling since i increased my calories im aiming for about 5-6 thousand a day consistently.. a lotta food. bu ti want a lotta muscle..

55x6 2 sets, 55x5 last set..

Decline Hammer Machine

..... all in all decent workout.. back to using the weight im used to or, in most cases even more except bench :(.. i think im done wid bb it doesn't do much for me. and i think db flat does more for my chest.. so hittin that up.. and diet is good.. only around 3800 cals today tho.. lookin for 5 tomor.. time to eaaaaat

Okay workout. my squat strength still doesn't seem to be coming back, its cool though. Diet is good, plenty of food prob around 5k calories all together ending out today. Just need more sleep 7 hours or so.. missed back day yest.. but "i'd rather miss a training day then a meal".. time to eat now.. pzzzz
