Here are some update pics. I'm up 10lbs to 170. I'm debating doing the show with the show with the WBB crew(@lightweight), but I think a lot to improve before then. I guess I'll give a few months and see if I can't get my legs, back, and arms bigger.

I'd appreciate any critiques. I know I will look better with a tan.

Lookin' good cp. The latest lat spread looks much better than the last one. Good work.

mik: thanks man. I can do better than that, but I couldn't get the damn camera straight on, it took me 6 tries to finally get it.

That is a nice lat spread. I'm jealous... Abs are good, too.

Whats this show about?

a bunch of guys from here(Homeyield, Yobrickwall, others) are doing a show sometime next year(we'll know the date soon), and I am contemplating entering at lightweight. My main fear is that I am about 5' 11", if someone short enters I won't have much of a chance.

bah! I wouldn't worry. You and your WBB boys can take out any competition before the show. :D

Looking good man. I think your legs need to be brought up some. But so do mine LOL. Good job!

No doubt. There's going to be like 15 of us down there. ;)

Looking good. I'd try to bring up the lats.

I think if we worked on the posing just a bit, you wouldn't have too much to worry about. Keep putting on the pounds and you could come into the top of that weight class shredded.

teuf: who told you our secrets :outnumber:

Craig: working hard at it.

Borris: sounds good man. Even if I decide not to compete I will still come and watch

HY: what is the top of the weight class?

If you are doing Junior Lightweight, there is a larger weight range than there is in the Men's Open. I believe it ranges from like 156-174 for Lightweight. I will be in this group too most likely....since I would get CRUSHED in the Men's Middleweight due to the fact that I don't juice. I'm currently weighing 174 still.

You look good.

Your traps could use quite a bit of work though

Looking pretty good. And like HY said, work on the posing a little and you wouldn't have much to worry about.

Quads could use a little work along with traps like FA said, but for the most part you look well proportioned.

Bennet: you'll demolish me:) I'm only 168 right now, but I guess I still have some time to add a few lbs.

FA and Chase: traps are the area I consider my weakest. I work them hard, and just can't get growth. I've decided to overload the bar and even if I can't shrug the weight I'll hold on for hell.

I think I read 154 is lightweight, is this right? That seems really light.

thanks x-force. The restuarant my gf works at gave them to her for free, and the liquor store gave us the bailey's rack for free. All we needed to pay for was the liquor.
