Could someone tell a good diet or something that i can do to lose weight. I am 6'-2" and weight 230. I want to lose weight and be around 190. Could you please give me some answers. I run in two time a day for 15 mins. I eat good a work but it gets shot when i get home. I eat everything in sight. Are there any good work outs for a new comer.

Eat less.

Move more.

I recommend the 40/40/20 diet.

Basically, eat 5-6 smaller meals a day, largest being breakfast. Drink Lots of water...any simple carbs should be taken in directly after post-workout.

Eat 11x to 12x your bodyweight in calories.

Eat CLEAN low GI carbs... foods like Oatmeal, Brown Rice, Green Veggie's

Lean Meats, Tuna, Chicken, etc..

40% of your total calories should be from Protien
40% should be from Carbs
20% from Fats.

Cardio at least once a day for 30mins (recommend HITT) Towards the end of your weight loss you may need to extended the session to 45mins.

The weight will come off.

Most people don't realize that you need to COUNT your calories and write everything down that you eat and there amount of grams etc.. It's work but it's worth it. Don't guess and say oh I probablly had one serving of this...be as accurate as possible and stick to it.

Thanks, What should i do as a work out. I sit at a desk from 8-5. Is there some good work out to go along with this.

Yes. 3 or 4 days a week, at 6:30am or 5:30pm, go to a gym and lift.
