I want to start doing deadlifts and im curious as to how often to do them i have read every 10 days every other week. Should i do them on squat days and if so before or after the squats. and what should the form be like?

Personally I do them once a week on their own day. My Lifts have been progressing nicely.

Deadlifts on back day. 5-7 working sets, once a week. I cannot do squats and deads on the same day. I`ve heard of people who do, but I do so mant sets, I`m wiped out afterwards.

I do 2 leg days per week. One of them is heavy dead and light speed squats, the other day is heavy squats and light speed deads.
