I am 5'11 170

33 inch waist
42 inch chest
14.25 inch arms


I'm looking to add some mass




Meal 1: Wheaties w/ 1 cup milk

Meal 2: 1 Can Tuna w/ 2 pieces white bread & 2 tbspns Natty p-nut butter

Pre-workout shake

---workout---

Post-workout shake

Meal 3: 1 Can Chicken Chunks(like tuna) w/ some lowfat crackers

Meal 4: 2 tbspns Natty p-nut butter

Meal 5: 2 Tbspns Natty p-nut butter

Bedtime shake

try to switch out white bread for some whole wheat.

also, you need more variety, try to add some fruit and some other protein in the evening.

foods you are eating: peanut, wheat, tuna, chicken, milk. maybe add some oranges, almonds, egss, etc.

this is a typical day. I always try to add in stuff like

Turkey
Veggies
Beans
Rice
Pasta
Oatmeal
Tilapia
Orange Ruffy



and other things when I can. I have work and school so much that most of my eating is on the run. When I am able to take some time I have something cooked.


But on most days my diet looks like what is posted along with my V-C and V-B

I'd say up the caloric count about 1000 calories if you're looking to gain weight, just keep the foods clean and you should be fine on not gaining too much bodyfat
