i wasn't aware that i had to
fine.....
by my b-day (jan 12) i'd like to be able to
bench 265 x 1
squat 315 x 1 (i used to be able do this but i have a bone spur or something in my right knee that has been hampering my progress)
DL 330 x 1 (i've done 315 but its been awhile)
and i'd like to weigh around 205 at a similar bf

You don't have to, I was just curious, most people do.

Good luck!

Workout looks good.
What's the Muscle Media program, exactly?
What's your diet like?
Keep up the good work, man.

its the add 50 lbs to your bench program (http://www.musclemedia.com/training/bench/benchintro.asp) i did it once before and got 35 lbs in about a month so it seems fairly effective.
My diet is my biggest problem, i'm a vegetarian so it leaves me getting alot of protein from eggs, milk, and shakes. I think i do alright though since i'm gaining about 5 lbs a month.

damn, the NCSU gym is closed so I got a month at a gym across the street from my apt for $40, yikes, last time I had to pay for the gym it was only $20 for a nicer gym but I did live in a small town. Anyhow no real lifts to report since it was my first day back lifting (did chest, tri, and shoulders) in 13 days but I'm certainly going to feel it tomorrow, but it feels good.

today i did back and bi's...nothing really special just trying to get back into the swing of things. What a difference not lifting for 2 weeks seems to make.

did some legs today, in which i was pretty strong then i threw in a few sets of abs since its been a couple of months since i did those last, i'm expecting some pain tomorrow morning. going to a wedding so i won't be able to lift for the rest of the week unless the hotel has some machines and then it would be just some light full body work or maybe some swimming i dunno. well anyways next week starts back to being into the full swing of working out. happy new year watch out for Y2K + 4

This weekend I went to a wedding with my girlfriend and had an awesome time, but that also put me back a little bit on getting back on track since I drank a bit too much....it was still fun though. I guess I probably won't reach my goals by my bday but thats ok they were shoooting a bit high anyhow. Monday and Tuesday I got a couple of quality workouts in and yesterday was a rest day. Today I'm going to try to knock out some good sets with my legs even though my knees hurt.
