Thanks guys! What do I need to work on? I'm thinking my chest is lagging some...

I think one of the reasons for my lagging chest is because my coach makes us do lots of pushups every day, even after chest and tri day. I told him I think we should be resting the day after, but he still makes us do them.

Your Coach is old-fashioned and knows jack about weight training.

Hey CannedHeat,

Remember seeing your pics over on bb.com. You definitely have a good base from which to start adding muscles. In other words, you don't have that much fat to contend with. Just increase your calorie intake and keep it clean, meaning no trips to McDonalds.

Yeah, definitely need to bring the chest out more. Do DB inclines (no more than a 30 degree incline) and flat bench press (can be DB or BB).

In any case, you can add the muscles if you keep yourself discipline and train hard in the gym.
