got a fast metabolism so this can't be good. but some old friends are gonna be there so i dont wanna miss it.
is there anything i can do to limit muscle loss?? like, bring a shake with me? pick my spots where and when to kick up the 'intensity' ..i hear eating bigger, a few days before the game, should help. what about after??
btw-leg day's tomorrow if it means anything. thanks!

Geez...it's just ONE ballgame! You're not going to waste away as result. Go out and have fun with your friends, then go out for steak or something and enjoy life :)

umm eat more that day, doesn't sound too hard to me.
Have fun, bring a case of beer, that should keep you from burning too much muscle. lol
You're not going to lose muscle in one basketball game lol.

lol, just replace your lost liquid with water and have some fruit and stuff for carbs

Well, you can measure how many calories you lost at the game (you can do this at Fitday.com) and when you're done, eat double to what you loss. Just a suggestion :).
