Hey all, i got a question regarding about snacks. Well i work out at night around 9-10:30 and the thing is when i finsh taking a shower and thing i tend to get a but hungry. So can anyone tell me any low fat carb snack that is not too fatting. Is fruit ok ???

First of all, are you taking a post-workout shake? If not, that's #1.

Right after lifting have like 2 scoops protein with some dextrose, like 40/50g.

As far as what to eat before bed, fruit would be okay, but you need some more protein too, like milk or cottage cheese.

Cottage cheese is ace becasue you absorb the protein slower than with other foods. I support it big time.
