ive been going over past posts on nutrition and i think i have a pretty good base to start to gaining weight (eat eat eat) im currently 5'11" 155 im taking protein drinks and creatine. My diet im trying to eat 3000 calories a day right now my break down is 50% carbs 20% fat 30% protein. Does this sound good?

i think you should up the fat intake to about 25%-30%

Also you could probably get away with eating more than 3000 calories. Try uping it to 3500 at least. No sense in trying to bulk if you're not taking in mad calories.

Wouldn't Hurt. Try Fish Oil Caplets, they're a little better than Flax.

Protein should be at ~1g per lb. of bodyweight and fat should be set at ~25% of daily calories. The macronutrient ratios are not that importants, as long as you are consuming adequate protein and EFAs.
