Hey, I just joined the forum and thought that I would introduce myself by posting a few pics. I'm 5'9" and 210 lbs. Yeah, I know I have a football players or professional wrestlers build and need to lose some body fat. Anyhow, here are some pics.

Appreciate any comments.

I appreciate that observation. Personally, I feel that I need to bring my upper chest out more. Right now, I'm doing volume training for the chest, so I'm really hitting the middle chest. Once I've finished VT, I will begin doing more work with the upper chest (incline press and flyes; will do at beginning of chest workout so I have sufficient energy).

Nice overall size, everything looks good and proportioned. You would look even meaner after a cut:D

Thanks. Since this is not beach season, I want to add some more (clean bulk) before I decide to cut. Of course, I'm still trying to find a good cutting diet.

Great job man - just a little drop in overall body fat and you will be a monster. Very well proportioned - especially lower body - geez, your legs are incredible. Keep it up man.

There was once a lot of debate on this forum, about whether or not it is possible to change the shape of the pec muscles. it was bad. I have seen the fields with my own eyes

Thanks! I keep my nutrition as clean as possible (lay off the junk food and sweets) so that I want add that much fat. In the past two years, I've gained 30 lbs. of mostly lean muscle.

The legs have been coming along very, but i still want to add some more to them. Thanks for the comments.

Reply to Reinier's post:

Yeah, bodybuilders have their own take on what works and what doesn't work. I just think that you need to change routines every 3 to 4 weeks to shock muscles into growth. I usually put emphasis on upper during routine, then change to routine that emphasizes the middle. As I've always said, bodybuilding is a subjective art.

Anyhow, thanks for your reply.

Thanks for the compliment. Food, whey protein, glutamine, amino acids, and multivitamins are my staple supplements. These supps are pretty good for muscle building and recovery. I also take creatine.

You are a huge man. I'm jealous. How long did it take to build up like that? You see yourself and what you should work on with an objective eye...that's good. Still..wow. Super thick. Where are you going with all this size? Competition?
Thanks SteveEric. I've put on 30 pounds in the past 2 years. Yeah, I bust my ass in the gym, and I'm probably my own toughest critic. Right now, I'm just planning to add at least 5 to 10 more pounds. I want to do a competition in the future, but I'm still trying to learn the tricks of the trade. Once I get that down, then I strut onto the stage. Again, thanks for the remark.
