fruits are always good, just avoid the fruits that contain more sugar, such as, pineapple, watermelon, etc...

I eat them, but I'm not really conserned about my body "tone". I live to eat them because they provide me with essential neutrients in a sweet package and is a much better snack than candy or junk food.

They are good for nutrients and anti-oxidants. It's good to have them as a part of you're diet, but don't go overboard.

Btw, eating fruits will not tone you're body. You'll need a good overall diet and training program in order to make the progress you are looking for.

Obviously fruits aren't good!
God said, don't eat the apples in the middle of the Garden.

The fruit question comes up a lot, but they are good for a diet, as previously mentioned they provide antioxidants and nutrients. Another thing to think about is there use in subsiding cravings, when you are in major calorie deficit and you are thinking about ice cream, chocolate and whatever junk food you'd rather be having then the plain chicken breast and green leafy vegetable that is currently on your plate...fruit would be your best friend, especially a fiber dense fruit like apple or strawberry...fruit gets a bad rap, it has its place in the diet, it just shouldn't be the dominant source of your carb intake.

eat all you like of any kind of fruit. they're more calorie dense than vegetables, but they are very healthy.

You still have to take overall calories into consideration, especially when referring to higher calorie fruits such as bananas.

Pup's post summed everything up nicely. Stick with fibrous fruits and berries and you're fine and beware of excess.
