in a recent thread i made i was shed a new light that the body can digest more than 30g of protein every 2 1/2- 3 hours. . my whole lifting life i have been thinking it can only digest 30 at a time the rest is waste product. i read that 30g at a time rule in arnolds encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding...so i took it that it was a pretty reliable source of info coming from arnold. like i wanna believe that it can in fact digest more than 30 at a time cus its BIATCH to get 1-1.5 grams per day when u can only take in only 30 grams every 3 hours. so anyone got any answer to this question? thanx bunches marco
