hey i'm block heads littel brother he told me about this web seit and about (Hypertrophy specitic trainming) any way i cant pronounce it so it probly work. i havent started working out yet but when my friend starts giving me rides to the fitness i am going to begien.

im trying to get my friend to take me but he has to earn some money for a membership to the fitnes center so in the mean time i need some good cardeovascular excercises to get ride of a stomch and some extra fat here and there

i do have some what of need some advise on what excersises to do with the hst
legs--------sqats, leg press, leg curls
calves------straight leg calf rais
chest------bench press
back--------i forgot the name but i got that covered
shoulders--lateral raise(rear) and sholder press
biceps-----curling
triseps-----i got that covered
torso------inverted sit ups and or crunches
