Ok.Im about 158lbs. My question is how many cals roughly a day do you eat during bulking? Id like to know how i compare to everyone else so I can get an idea on how to eat better.

I am 153 @5'7".
I don't count cals, just protein. Have a few extra glasses of milk,snack a little more and some pasta or rice 1-2 a day.
I am trying to bulk slower now. Otherwise it seems a wash with the time you spend cutting. Though I had my best work outs when eating alot. I was also out of work and had lots of time.
Right now I am just uping the carbs a little. wait and see how it works.

on a bulk i eat close to 4000 - 4500 cals a day :) but that's just me, takes alot for me to grow
i'm currently 165
at about 10% bf

I bulked from 145-180 with 3000 up to 4500 cals.

I'm just starting my bulk at 155 and i'm aiming for 3500 a day. But i'll move up if it doesn't give me 1-1.5 pds a week. It's my first time bulking so I don't know how I gain weight yet. I hope to learn a lot from this bulk to 180. Watcha bulkin to clvmike?

Well, I'm a girl, so mine's probably different. But I'm 167 and 5'7".
My maintenance is about 2500 right now. If I were bulking right now, it would probably be at about 3000 a day. I'd rather do it slowly and not gain as much fat.

haha. That may be true. But I fell down the stairs today on my ass and said I did it purposely as a joke. My friends believed me. Maybe they're the crazy ones...i'm just smooth.

Well my big goal is 180. I weighed in at 159 today. Thats about 3lbs up from 2 weeks or so ago. So Im on target. Shorter term goal is 170 by spring break. I hope to get into the 160s by christmas though. If that happens Ill be very very happy and surprised.

Up until mid november I was slowly bulking, averaging around 3/4 lb a week, no rise in bodyfat I could tell. Gained 15 lbs in about 20 weeks at 2800 clean cals, counting everything I ate. Following WBB#1, no cardio. Things were going great, I hurt my shoulder then, so I'm only lifting legs every 4 days until the first of the year, my shoulder should be healed enough by then to train it. Don't wanna push it and make things worse. Waiting around is killing me though.

I am just feeling sorry for myself...I really do like ya. In fact I envy you. Good luck at reaching your goals. I have a long way to go still.

I think alot of us skinny asses feel the same frustration sometimes. No matter how much you eat you cant gain weight at all. Talk about disheartening.

Manowar-If your only training legs I wonder if you could do it every 3 days. Your body has less to recover from. Though I don't know if 1 day is a big deal. But was thinking might cheer you up more by getting to work out.
