I want to start cutting and im not sure as to how any calories i should take in a day because i wanted to incorporate HIIT in my routine, i have wrestling 5 days a week and it takes alot out of me so i usually go home eat a small meal and a protein shake and head to the gym on mondays for legs i havn't had energy or time with all my matches and tounements to work upper body,so for the last 2 weeks ive been working legs only at the gym and have wrestling 5-6 days a week, how many calories should i take in a day to maintain the muscle i have and at the same time start cutting bf?
