I want to start cutting and im not sure as to how any calories i should take in a day because i wanted to incorporate HIIT in my routine, i have wrestling 5 days a week and it takes alot out of me so i usually go home eat a small meal and a protein shake and head to the gym on mondays for legs i havn't had energy or time with all my matches and tounements to work upper body,so for the last 2 weeks ive been working legs only at the gym and have wrestling 5-6 days a week, how many calories should i take in a day to maintain the muscle i have and at the same time start cutting bf?

Wow, so weird. Everyone usually says they have no desire to work lower body, hehe.

Since you haven't given us any information about yourself (height, weight, current bf%, age), can't really tell you much other than work your whole body and figure out your maintenance caloric level. Decrease calories until you're losing about a pound or so a week.
