been low carbing during the week (30-40) and high carbs on weekends. (100-250). only cardio is one day a week lately of brazilian jiu-jitsu, or JKD. before i was "low carbing" i would be around 175-178, with 3 days a week of cardio. my strength is the same, although i started at lower weight and worked my way back up, so my lifts have been the same.

heh. Lookin pretty good. Not pudgy and not really cut. So if you're "low carbing" i guess your cutting. What ya cuttin to?

its more like i cut like 10 lbs, and now im just maintaining. i dont count cals now, im rarely hungry, my insulin levels dont up and down like they used to at work, and my weight dosent fluctuate much. its just more of a lifestyle change, not super strict or anything, its just something i got used to.
