I just bought the stuff tonight, to follow this diet I created. What do you guys think of it? This is just until I can get some whey, at that time I will cut out the hot link and the 6 slices of turkey, since it is a lot of food.

I'm assuming you're cutting. That actually looks similar to my macro breakdown, but I eat less fat and more protein. If you weigh 220, you need more than 158g protein.


Edit: You should really get some whey, at least for post workout.

Should be getting at least 1 gram per pound of body weight in protein.

I'm hoping to get some whey tonight or tomorrow, if I can get to the mall. It's hard because my mom is christmas shopping everynight, lol. I am also going to add in 1/2 a cup of cottage cheese and take out the two cups of milk to lower my carbohydrates. I will post an updated list with your recommendations soon.
