So, how do you guys think my progress is coming along? I know it hasnt been a long time, but i have been working very hard and i feel that there is a noticable difference. What do you guys think? All comments/Criticizims.opinions are appreciated..thanks.

You are definitely adding thickness and width to your back. Good job. Also, the shoulders and biceps are coming along mighty well too. Keep up the good work.

Thanks guys..pics of the wheels are coming next week. Definatly an improvement on my legs..went from 20" 2 mths ago to 22" today. Pics coming soon..:)

Thank you along with everyone else...

I am trying to hit 175 by this summer, then get to about 160 ripped! Hopefully this is not too unrealistic.

You've made some very rapid and impressive gains. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll get huge quick.

I don't understand how in the world you can be 150 at 5'9" you look like 170-175 to me. What do your arms and chest measure?

Holly crap..I just went to the gym and they had a height measurement device there. I used it to find out that i am 5'7'' without shoes, and 5'8'' with shows. LOL. And i thought i was 5'9'' :alcoholic...hmmm, that was weird..Damn, i am short..lol.

Ok, i gotta change my sig, but do i change it to 5'7 or 5'8'? :confused:

oh, and btw, my arms cold are 15.5" cold, and 16.5" pumped.
My chest is 41.5" cold and 43.5" pumped.

Awesome progress in only two months. You've got lots of room to bulk and get even bigger. :)

As for the your height, change it to 5'7", shoes vary so the standard is measure height without them.

Awesome progress looking a lot bigger. Your weight and height does leave some room for debate. It seems that you might be a bit shorter, unless you weight more than 150lbs.

You're 5'7", 155lbs, about 7-8% with 15.5" arms and 41.5" chest.
I'm 5'8" 170lbs, about 14% with 14.5" arms and a 42" chest.

That gives you 142.5lbs of LBM
and me 146lbs of LBM yet your measurments are bigger.
Perhaps it's the difference in lower body. I believe you said you had 22" thighs, whereas mine are 24" last time I checked.

I'm not really sure what I'm getting at here. I think I'm just really confused. Regardless, you look very good and are making excellent gains. Definetly keep us updated on the rest of the progress!

Hey buddy...yes, it definatly must be the lower body. My calves are 14.5" and thighs are 22"..but that is about to change VERY quickly..:)

Hey guys...Here is some additional info for ya.

-The only supplements i take is protein-Isopure Vanilla to be exact.
-I only work everything once/week.
-I never bulked before. I never took working out seriously before. It has only been in the past few mths that i got serious about it. So right now i am bulking, not cutting.
-I dont take steroids. Dont plan on taking any at all.

My work out routine goes like this:

M- Quads/hams
T- back/calvs
W- Rest
TH- Chest/Shoulders
F- Bis/Tris

I sometimes hit legs 2x a week if i can get them to not be sore enough..:)

Been lifting for about 5 years, which only 2.5 of them were in the gym..i slacked off BIG TIME earlier with my consistency and diet. But starting 2 mths ago, i will never miss a work out or a meal. I hope to be 175 by the summer and cut down to 160 ripped by November for a local competition..:)
