Sweet potato skins

Am I missing out on much nutrition if I choose to NOT eat the skin of a baked sweet potato?

Maybe a little fiber, but nothing major.

I like the skin. Its quicker to eat too.

i eat the whole thing, just make sure you wash the sucker!

When I put them in the crock pot I don't even notice the skin. I just cut it up and throw it in. Quicker. When I bake them I eat most of the skin.
