Hey everyone, please critique my pics. I have been lifting for 7 months. These pics are from a month or two ago. Any suggestions (besides eat) would be awesome. I am 6'0" 170lbs.

7 months? Damn. Is that all you could manage in 7 whole months???

I think you're doing awesome, man. Get ready for the chorus of "I hate you's", LOL.

Nice head, BTW. Rawr!

hey man, thanks. its actually more like 8 months, but whatever. I started at 150 and reached 170 after 5 months or so, and haven't really been able to gain much more. I'm going to dedicate january to really bulking, hope it works. What parts do you girls and guys think are my pros and cons, especially my cons, i need to know what to work on. I think my back is prob what i need to work on the most.

Looking pretty damn lean to have just put on 20lbs. Good job. Back could use some work. How are the legs?

DUDE THERE IS A TIGER ON YOUR HEAD

If you got this far in seven months, I need to kick things up a notch.

you look very good. the thing you should work on the most is posting pics of the other half of your body too.

Ok, so here they are, now remember you asked for them. My small, hairy, white legs :). I never did squats or deadlifts until like 2 weeks before these pics, so they don't have much size on them. But because my upper half isn't that large yet, i don't look too out proportion.

Upper body looking great- back and chest esp - keep it up man. Legs will come along - nothing that squats, lunges, presses and calf raises won't cure. Hit 'em hard.

congrats on the gains you've made over the past 7 months. You look very strong and lean. Only real advice i can offer is to make ATF squats your best friend :D. Keep up the hard work.

Hey, thanks for all the complements, its good to know that the lifting is showing. I guess from the general vote, I really need to get my legs in shape. By the way what are "ATF Squats"?

As for SQUAREHEAD's comment, I don't know if "curljockey" is a complement or what, but to tell you the truth I don't work my bis out that much, I started out concentrating mostly on my chest, and am now really targeting my back and legs. But thanks none the less.

Any other pointers would be great, thanks again for all the feed back. Im about to start a massive bulk session, so Ill keep you guys posted.

ATF = Ass to Floor

That means squat deeply.
