I know the creatine monohydrate is one of the better ones...
I've also heard you can get the liquid stuff that gets absorbed into the blood right away. Has anyone used the liquid stuff before? If so, which brand is the best? :newbie:

There are thread likes this one at least twice per week. Try doing a search. This has been asked countless times before. Liquid Creatine is crap and does not work. As for Creatine, any brand will do as long as it is pure Monohydrate.

Come on Holto, give us some love!
I am glad you like the product i3oca. Thank you for your endorsement!
As the others said, monohydrate is all you need and will work just as well at a lower cost to you. Feel free to give our product a try at www.atlargenutrition.com .

monohydrate= one molecule broken down by one water molecule
creatine is also unstable when it is in water (half life like few minutes), so if it is not absorbed by then, it becomes creatinine (toxic).
in conclusion, buying creatine monohydrate in a solution (water) which has been sitting there for months in a bottle is buying toxic creatinine
