Alright----I'm listing the ingredients of this product too end the Horney Goat Weed confusion!
Ingredients:
Horney Goat Weed (Epimedium grandiflorum) 500mg
standardized 10% Icariin
Maca Pure* (Lepidium meyenii) 250mg
standardized to contain 0.6% macamides and macaenes
Mucuna pruriens 33.3mg
standardized 15% L-Dopa (L-Dihydroxyphenylalanine)
Polypodium vulgare 25mg
standardized 8% 20-EDC(20-Hydroxyecdysone)
Other Ingredients: Calcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate, Gelatin.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily with a meal. For a more immediate response take 3-4 capsules 90 minutes before activity!
Execptions to these dosages may apply to Cackerot69!
It is in my expert opinion that if Cack were to take these recommended dosages, he would not be able to keep his hands off of himself and therefore his little problem may never fully heal!
