Creatine delivery

What is the best liquid to mix creatine in? Ive been told grape juice b/c its low in acid and it has plenty of natural sugars which help the body absorb creatine. But I have also heard conflicting ideas about mixing in orange juice. Anyone have any opinions?

it's all about GI

OJ is too low on the GI at around 30 (I think)

Grape Juice is 70

Dextrose and Maltodextrin are 100 which is the max score

use High GI sugars post w/o
