Hey, I'm planning on getting busy with my new routine soon and wanted to create an optimal environment for strength and muscle gains. My routine is set, and my diet will be basically high protein low simple carbs, but I'd also like to invest in some good supplements this time around. It will be a semi-bulk, I wana gain 5-15lbs, and I want to push my testosterone levels as high as I can without the 'real' thing. I already have LOTS of creatine, glutamine, taurine, and ZMA from previous use, and I've had good results with all of them. I was thinking about getting either 1-test or 1-AD, and perhaps 6-OXO to.
So basically my supp list would be:
Creatine
Glutamine
Taurine
ZMA
1-test or 1-AD(probably 1-AD)
6-OXO
Are there any other supps you'd suggest? Or should I switch any of those out for something else?
