This is my first post on here, am enjoying everyones journals.
Better start my own....

I have another journal over on the power and bulk forum also, so if you want to read it, the title is "I wanna press 200lbs!" and its under the pilgrims progress banner.

Anyway, i`ll tell you all about my routine and goals.
As my title suggests, I do indeed want to press 200lbs in the military press.
This is a main goal.But my overall goal is to have a functional, powerful body, head to toe, which explains some of my exercises.

Here we go;
I do this in a sumo stance, and am currently at 240lbs.
Military press.
currently at 120lbs, feet together.
clean and push press- currently at 125lbs
BB row- 175/180, returning to this
DB row, other hand rested on knee, 95lbs each;
Bench 200lbs
Seated BB curl 75lbs

Then my carrying routines;
Farmers walk with bar at thighs
F/W with bar in clean position
Box carry(huge box stuffed with books etc)
Front raise walk
2 tricep bar, traditional farmers walk
Punch bag(66lbs) bearhug carry

I`m also about to add front squats to my routine next week, and hopefully a bit of car pulling/pushing in the future....

My measurements;
Weight 166lbs, 5'7 tall
Chest 40 inch
Back/chest tensed 42 inch
thighs 23 inch
calves 14.5 inch (pathetic!)
Waist 36 inch
Neck 16 inch
arms 14 inch (weedy)

My next workout is tomorrow, so i`ll post again then.
