What do you guys believe are the danges of fat burners? They look interesting, but I myself would like to cut the fat without them. What are the dangers of using them, such products like hydroxycut?

Most Hydroxycut being peddled these days is Ephedra free so don't worry too much about it being dangerous.
In terms of safety the topic that comes up the most is ephedra and some links to people that were on it and have died due to heatstroke. Also it's been linked to prostate enlargement.
Most Ephedra free burners out there now are relatively safe and contain some sort of ephedrine like substance, caffeine and some other crap thrown in depending on the brand.
In my opinion fatburners are safe when taken correctly in the proper dosage.

They are not safe for stupid people. In every case that I have read, the cause of death is user error. Some people are too stupid to read the warnings or fallow directions.
By they way, that has been asked many times and you can get lots of info if you do a search.

LMAO !! I've always wanted a person to ask that question. So many guys on other boards judge me for juic'in but they take them fat burners like it was candy ! Now go back and reread Stray and Harry's two post and tell me which of the two is the bigger evil !! LOL
Yes, fat burners will speed up your heart rate. Now think of a fella in the 20% bodyfat range or higher. His arteries and heart are covered with fat already, he's bad overweight, and his heart is taxed to the limit as it is. Then let's throw in some fat burning supplements or drugs that will increase the already compounding problems of his unhealthy heart. There you are,,, just a stroke or heartattack away. In my opinion, fat burners should only be incorpurated when one is seeking a lower BF %, say less than 10 %. One is already healthy at that point and can handle the side effects of such drugs or supplements.

Yeah, i KNOW it had to have already been asked, but I searched and looked for about 10 minutes, and all I found quickly was "which ones people use" or "which brand is better?"
sorry, thanks for the answer though
