i just bought a bottle of powder form L-Glutamine , a bottle of creatine monohydrate, and a bottle of designer whey protein... can neone help me wit times of day and dosages which would help best...
i workout at around 7-8 pm every ngiht for a good hour and a half 3-4 times a week

Creatine 5g pre or post w/o

I would take a scoop of protein with some carbs ~30 minutes before your workout and a scoop of protein, 5g creatine, glutamine, and some carbs immediatly following your workout.
The amount of glutamine required to be effective is unknown to me.... i experienced no noticible results at either 5g or 10g post workout. Some people say its completely useless. Some people swear by it.

haha thanks alot guys... and ive heard much the same results as junior mint said.. some swear by it, some hate it... I guess we will just have to wait and see for me!
