I did a search and found a few threads that mention this creatine product. But I was wondering if any of you have tried the product and what kind of results you have had?

I was using v12, but a friend recommended meta-cel...

oh well save some dollars and just get pure creatine monohydrate. dont mess withthese premixed forms. just marketing and hype are all they offer

Well, here's the deal.

I tried v-12 by swole and got a great pump, much better than when I've just taken regular pure creatine with dextrose.

I was then suggested the meta-cel by a friend who also used v12 but switched over to meta-cel.

This leads me back to my initial question...

a pump is nothing to justify the additional funds

the answer really is that those products don't produce additional growth

try the atlarge creatine 500 or equivalent
