I eat mine cooked & plain.

I usually add some Equal and 1/2 scoop of protein powder or 1 tsp cinimon for flavor. If I'm really trying to pack in the calories I will throw in some raisins or a tbls of natural PB.

Well, I buy the store generic to keep grocery costs down (especially this time of year, buying chicken is killing me!), but...

1/2 cup oats plus a good amount of water, microwave for 77 seconds, drain excess water.
Add one scoop Optimum Chocolate Whey, mix in well, refrigerate for 5 minutes, chow down.

I ALWAYS eat my oats with powder, not a big fan otherwise.
