Hey I was reading an article about the importance of nutrients pre and post workout. What it recommended was to take a weight gain drink ie approx 80g carbs and 20g protein make it up to 1 litre to give 10% conc for easy absorption and sip it while you are working out.This would then be followed by a your normal post workout shake.
What do ye think?
