Came across a study ye might be interested in that shows besides the the physical benefits of creatine it also boosts brain power by supplying more energy to the brain
Subjects given creatine were shown to remember telephone numbers 8.5 digits long compared to the placebo of 7.
Always good to hear of added benefits amongst the negative attitude out there

hahah thats funny stuff... with all the creatine that ive just consumed about 2 hours ago pre and post workout i must be a intelectual genius right about now!

If I remember correctly, that test was done on vegetarians. Vegetarians have naturally low levels of creatine because they dont get it from their diet. While it may have a small effect on the brain in meat eaters, I doubt it is significant. It is interesting though. Further proof that vegetarians are idiots ;) j/k

iT'S TRUE I TOOK CREATINE AND AFTER A MONTH I COULD RECITE PI CORRECT TO 45 DECIMAL PLACES AND MY ARMS GREW BY .5 INCH. tHANK YOU CREATINE, THANK ALL OF YOU.

The full study is available at http://www.maccs.mq.edu.au/~tim/mypapers/papers/2003/creatineProcRoyalSoc.pdf . The authors of the study concluded that they would expect similar benefits in omnivores who do not consume large quantities of meats, but I am skeptical.
