I am a vegeterian, 17 years old and weigh 203lbs. I want to get to 200lbs and reduce my bodyfat by about 10%. Should I still take the same amount of protein or cut down on eating carbs, protein, and fats? I currently eat about 2000 calories a day, should I cut that down as well.

My measurements are:
Biceps: 15.25
Chest: 42
Waist: 38 (target 34)
Thighs: 24
Calfs: 16

My current bodyfat is around 20%

I'm going to assume that's a typo and you're actually 230.

No, I am 203lbs but I have a lot of bodyfat at the moment. I want to stay around 200lbs but just loose the waist while building muscle. Get me? So slash the fat and get toned up

My typical day goes as follows:
9:00: 75g Weetabix mixed with milk and a banana
10:30: Meal Replacment shake
11:00-12:15: In the gym
12:15: Protein Shake and a banana
1:30: 75g of pasta mixed with pasta sauce
3:30: Jacket potato with beans and cheese
5:30: 3 Chappattis with yoghurt
7:30: Cashew nuts with a cup of warm milk
10:30: Bed

Agreed. Those of us who are not genetic freaks must either cut or bulk, but not both. What I would suggest is you cut first and bulk cleanly and slowly to add muscle in the future.

You may want to cut out the pasta or use ww pasta. I would probably drop some carbs and add protein to that diet. Add cardio and adjust calories according to weight loss.

The reason I have such a high level of bodyfat is because i've just finished bulking which I've3 been doing for the last 4 months. I am now cutting, I want to lose 10% bodyfat while losing the liest weight as I can. My question was should I reduce the amount of protein I have as well as carbs and fats to reach my goal?

I would keep protein the same and lower other macro's first. Also changing some of those carbs to lower GI carbs might help as well. What is your cardio looking like.

Mondays I do cardio at the gym. I go in the cycling class and it is bloody HARD! Tuesdays and Thursdays I go for a 2 mile run, some skipping and go on the punch bag for a bit. Is that enough do you think or should I add to that? Also, should I do add cardio into my weight training sessions at the gym?

I would.. Maybe 1/2hour a day post w/o. IMHO.
Also definitely keep the protein high, or some of the weight you will be losing will be muscle. Cut down the carbs if anything. The fat wont really make a big diff so long as its not trans/sat fat. Any good fats should probably come from olive oil, fish, fish oil caps, nuts or other WW/WG sources.

So do you mean that I should add half an hour on my sessions, or should I take half an hour out of my weight lifting and do cardio instead? At the moment I do 3 cardio days and 3 weight lifting days

Add it to current workout on strength training days. I would do it Post workout, tends to yield better results.
