Since I am taking bodybuilding much more serious now than I did a couple of years ago. I was wondering should Failure be a part of every execrise you do or just with certain execrises?

Everyone has a different opinion on this and a different definition of failure. I seem to grow best when I lift to failure and do it using higher volume then most and trying to go to failure on most of my exercises. Some people like the gains they get from HIT or other programs. Give it a try
