Best veggie burger?

I'm going to begin cutting in a few days here. When I lost weight in the past, I found veggie burgers were a great asset.

There seem to be a million different kinds out there; what do you recommend?

I really like boca burgers, though they contain soy and I have no idea if soy is really the devil like some claim.

Sorry to stray from the topic, but I too am cutting and I just use 7% lean ground beef.

HAH! I use 4%. Stater brothers had it mislabeled for a while and I picked up a bunch for 2.50/lb.
