it's been so long i really have forgotten where to start.
2000 cals
high in protein, fat i don't care about, low in carbs - must have fruits and vegetables.
so basically i guess the south beach diet. *lol*
i know one of y'all has been eating like this.
help me by not making me have to figure out macros and such on my own.
thank ya eva so. :)

Well, what does you're diet look like right now? Post what you eat in a day, so the rest of us can tweak it up for you.

40/40/20 p/f/c
at 2000 cals that is about 100 g of carbs/day
that allows for plenty of fruits and nonstarchy veggies. Also you could modify to keep them lower (<60 g/day) and cycle up to 100+ on lifting days (about 60 g preworkout and 60 g post workout) since i saw you are lifting 2/week

i meant actual foods people.
i already have the calorie parameters.
and what i eat right now, isn't really gonna be helpful manveet. trust me on that. it's not enough and it's too much bad stuff.

you always seemed to be fairly knowledgable on diet yourself-
just go for the ww bread, oats, fruit, meat and fish and nuts and pb and oil... you know what to do

i am reinier - i just don't feel like putting all my thought inot.
ideally what i would like is for someone to post their sample diets, and perhaps i can find some motivation from them.
suffice to say i'm burnt out on what i ate for 2 years straight.

I intake 5-7g EFA's Via Fish Oil Caplets
Average daily diet on a normal day may look like this:
Breakfast: Protein Shake with WWtoast & Natty PB 10min Prior.
2-3h later: Can O' Tuna out of the can w/1pc of WW toast
lunch:Granola/Oat bar followed 10m later by a MRP
3h later:1 Cup of wheaties dry followed by protein shake or Can o Tuna
5:00: Small spoon of PB followed by a MRP
W/O: for 2h: ends at 7:00. 1h40m anaerobic followed by 20m cardio
7:45: 2slice Oatmeal or WW toast followed by a mrp
10:00 MRP before bed.
Estimated protein intake is estimated at about 220-240g a day. Currently I'm about 235lbs.
Currently thats working effectively for me. Maybe throw in veggies or a little fruit(not too much) in place of tuna for less protein and more Anti-oxidative food.( I know, its a lotta tuna.. :/ )

Just made something up. Meals don't have to be in this order. I hope this is fairly low on carbs.
2oz oats
1 cup 1% milk
1 scoop whey
piece of fruit (orange, apple etc.)
1 cup cottage cheese w/ some fruit (peaches/kiwi)
8oz yam/or sweet potato
1 can tuna or 4oz chicken breast or 4oz Salmon
1tbsp olive oil
*Make a Salad:)
4oz chicken breast
Romaine Lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
1 tbsp olive oil
2 whole large hardboiled eggs
1 cup cottage cheese w/some fruit
or 1 cup 1% milk w/ 1 scoop whey.
That's about ~1650 cals with out the fruit/romaine lettuce/tomato/pre/post workout shakes.

awesome! thnaks manveet - here's what 've sketched out so far:
m1 - myoplex shake
m2 - peanuts
m3 - salad with protein of some sort and nuts
m4 - gatorade+whey
m5 - 4oz meat or fish plus 1 cup veggies
not sure what the actual cal count is - i'll have to plug it into fitday at some point.
