How much do you all shoot for ?
Apparently, 0.9 to 1.5g per lb B/W is the target.
Has anyone had better results from eating more protein than this?
I currently take 150g a day, 20% of my calories a day(Between 3000-3200)
but should I aim for 165g as this is about my bodyweight?
I want to gain a bit more mass, then go back to concentrating on strength.
